Spillway, ARIZONA
Hoover dam's spillways are connected to tunnels 15m in diameter, drilled through the rocks, that can handle 200,000 cubic feet per second of water, the equivalent of Niagara falls. With water levels in gradual decline the spillways have not seen water since 1983.
